Membership rewards

1. Members will receive 1 HappyPoint for every HK$10 spent at HappyPaws Online Shop.
2. Cumulative HappyPoints are calculated on a discounted basis and will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
3. Every 2 HappyPoints are equivalent to HK$1 for online purchase.
4. All HappyPoints are valid for a specified period after earning, otherwise they will no longer be available.
5. Add-on items or designated discounted items cannot be used with any discounts at the same time.
6. HappyPoints obtained from a single transaction must be used for the next transaction.
7. The birthday month is based on the month filled in when the member registered.

Membership and Renewal

1. Customers can become HappyPaws members by registering free on the website.
2. Customers need to accumulate the specified amount of purchases within 12 months from the date of membership in order to be upgraded to VIP members.
3. VIP will be valid within 12 months from the date of membership upgraded.
4. Customers need to accumulate the specified amount of purchases within 12 months from the membership upgrade date to automatically renew the VIP membership.

terms and conditions

1. Membership, Rewards and HappyPoints are not transferable to others.
2. The accumulated amount of member consumption cannot be combined across accounts.
3. The system automatically renews the membership at 00:00 (GMT+8) every day, and checks whether the membership meets the conditions for upgrade, renewal, etc.
4. After logging in, members can go to "My Account" to check the current membership level offers, account details and HappyPoint.
5. Membership upgrades are based on the accumulated amount of orders whose payment status is "paid" and whose order status is not "cancelled".
6. If the purchase is voided, points earned in that purchase will be deducted.
7. No deduction of points when products are returned or refunded.
8. The current consumption amount for the membership upgrade will not be included in the calculation of the designated amount for membership renewal.
9. If there is no registration/login membership system, you will not be able to accumulate upgrades to become members.
10. HappyPaws International Limited owns the right to reserve, modify, suspend, change the details of the event at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any disputes, HappyPaws International Limited reserves the right of final decision.
